22-yr old son diagnosed with strep. taking antibiotics and fever is back to normal. sore still extremely sore and tongue is swollen. any reason for concern or continue course and expect decrease in soreness & tongue swelling. if that is the case, is there anything should be on lookout for to trigger another look by a Dr.?
