Should The ER Be Visited For An IV Due To Severe Dehydration, As Zofram Isn T Helping With Constant Vomiting?

My girlfriend is constantly vomiting ever since last Monday so going on 10 days. We went to ER a week ago today and they said she was pregnant so they prescribed her Zofram and told her to try to eat and hydrate. However the zofram is not helping whatsoever. Should I take her back to get an IV because she’s extremely dehydrated. Thanks!
