Should The ER Be Visited For Pain Around The Left Ovary Area?

For the past two days I've been having slight pain in my left ovary area. It's more like a fluttery feeling that comes with neasuea and sometimes dizziness and loss of appetite. I have suffered from ovarian cysts in the past but this feels different. I've also been bleeding dark blood which was heavy earlier but is now a bit lighter. Should I go to the ER?

You should go to ER. You should do an ultrasound and an Beta hCG for ectopic pregnancy suspect.

Hope I have answered the question.
