Should The Delay In Periods After The D & C For Ovarian Cyst Be Concerned?

I had a missed abortion embryo was six weeks but dates were 9+ by lmp. Had D&c on 12/24. Second d&c on 1/13 for retained products A ruptured ovarian cyst on 1/25 measured by U/s on 1/27 to be 6x7cm with fluid draining. No period yet at 8 weeks post last procedure? Should I be concerned?

urine pregnancy test should be done to rule out pregnancy.
post abortal hormonal dysfunction may be the cause of ammenorrhoea.
you can take t.regestrone 5mg1-1-1 for 5days to get your periods after consulting your gynaecologist.
pelvic scan to be done to see the size of ovarian cyst,.
