Should The Hurt Head Be A Matter Of Concern?

I had an accident two days ago, I fell from the bycycle and hit the right side of my head, inbetween head and forhead really hard. I lost conscious for about 10 seconds. I don't remember the falling, only waking uo. While asleep I remember having like a dream very rough with lights and stuff. Apparently i was snoring extremely loud and they couldn,t wake me up. When i got up i realized I had fallen and for about 40 minutes i couldn't see, it was all black with bright lights. At the hospital they gave me a head scan and said i was allright. The day after i couldn t move, the slightest move, and particularly change of height would pump blood to my head verry verry strong, so I couldn't move. Second day is a bit better but still not gone. Why? Am I okay for sure or is there something else which might be going on inside my head?
