Hello madam, from the history you have given, well implanon can cause break through bleeding, but excess bleeding and discharge with smell needs examination by a gynaecologist and basing on that may be decided to remove the implanon or not.And also because excess bleeding can detoriate your health and can decrease your haemoglobin value.I would suggest you to consult your gynaecologist. Hope i was helpful to you.
