Should The Medications For Heart Attack Be Continued For Life Time?

I am 50 years old, I had a heart attack 4 years ago and now I have no energy, feel depressed and just want to give up. I am on Plavix, Metoropel, Captropril and Simvastatin. Can I just stop taking all the medications if that is what is causing this. I have to work everyday to pay the bills but I just have no energy at the end of the day.
