Should The Side Effects Of Keppra Be A Cause Of Concern?

I have been taking 100MG x 2, Twice a dayDilatin since I had a bleed on the brain on Jan 17th 2014, caused by heatstroke, my temper is getting worse & takes not much to light the fuse, tiredness, confusion when confronted with a situation that does not go to plan, a feeling of not really being here, extremely itching scalp, not nits, I have been prescribed today to change to Keppra 250 mg with a three week period of weaning off Dilantin, have just looked at side effects for Keppra & to me they are worse than Dilantin. Do I have cause for concern

Hello dear from my opinion I am suggesting that you follow the keppra prescribed by your physician yes the side effects may be worse than dilantin but you have to try it because not everyone react to the same symptoms
