Should The Thigh Bone Rod Be Surgically Removed And Re Operated?

my leg was fractured 18 years ago doctor fixed a rod inside my thigh again after one year it got fractured and again doctors fixed the same broken rod in my thigh bone but now my leg is slightly small than the other one reason because the bone is not fixed at staright angle rather there is a small curve at thigh bonemoreover i feel pain in my back bone and pain in hip joint if i walk long distances please give me your advice that should i get the rod removed and get the thigh bone fixed again through an operation
