Should Timing Of Taking Epilex Chrono Be Changed In A Changed Time Zone?

Hi, I m on epilex chrono 300mg since 5 months. Due to international travel, my time zone will change by 4.5 hours in 10 days. Do I change the medication timing by 15-30 minutes every day or can I move it at one go, for 4.5 hours? As the travel is for 2 weeks, so if it is recommended that I stick to my home country time zone for medication purpose, I will.
