Should Two Litres Of Fennel Tea Be Consumed Daily After Embryo Transfer?

Hello, Could you pleas let me know: - On they of embryos transfer should I drink lots of water or not which one is better? - After embryos transfer is it better to sleep on back or on sids? - After embryos transfer my Dr. recommend to drink 2 to 3 lit. Fennel tea each day, is it ok or not? Is there any other drink which is better to consume? Thanks a lot for your advice in advance.

Hi, I think on the day of embryo transfer, bladder should be filled adequately to visualise the uterine cavity. If your embryo transfer is not under sedation, you can take water in amount enough to fill the bladder. If transfer 8s under sedation, don't drink water and don't pass urine after once in morning. After transfer, lie down on your back for 20 to 30 minutes. However it doesn't matter much. You can take fennel tea. It is okay. Just avoid caffeine and alcohol.
