Should We Be Concerned After Eating Rice Cooked With An Undissolved Parad Insecticide Tablet?

Hi, by mistake we cooked one parad tablet used as insecticide in the rice and it didn’t get dissolved after the rice were cooked. We ate the rice and later saw the tablet which was as such in the rice. It has been 2 hours since we ate the rice, we all feel fine. What should we do?
