Should We Be Concerned If Acetaminophen And Ibuprofen Aren T Helping Treat Fever And Worsening Nighttime Cough?

Hello, my gf has covid and its Day 6, she has 102.5 fever, and her cough is getting more consistant. We have been treating symptoms with acetaminophen and ibuprophen but the fever is bot subsiding. She is 30 years old . Symptoms are ok during the day but worsen at night.
