I have read your question closely, I hope you husband is doing well after the heart attack he suffered. The sore throat doesn t seem to be realted to the heart attack neither is there any drug which could have been causing this . It must be an unrelated simple even of sore throat. Here I would suggest you not to worry much but keep a close eye at how things are proceding , if sore throat is there you husband can take tylenol to relieve pain , if it keeps getting worsened or he starts getting fever he should consult the doctor because in this case he might require antiobiotics along with symptomatic treatment.
