Should We Replace Both Ovens After Accidentally Running Self-clean Mode With Silicone Sheets Inside, Causing Toxic Fumes?

My oven was accidentally self cleaning the lower oven when we discovered that it had baking pans and silicone sheets for baking cookies still in it. After we realized what was happening, we cleared the dial but ITV took two kore hours at least to cool down and to open the door. Shouldn’t we replace both ovens due to the toxic fumes that start immediately if you turn the upper oven in - the lower had the silicone fire.
