hi, my mother is 70+ , she is having ILD/hp, having foracort 200 inhaler, telma 40 and defcort 6mg for 2 yrs. 15 days ago she had loose motions and vomiting. due to covid situation we avoided visiting hospital and asked a local dr. he suggested stopping steroids and started zifi 200mg in night. my mother is still having high fever daily by night. Now should we start her defcort and routine medicine?
