Should We Visit A Doctor For Difficulty Swallowing And Throat Pain?

hello, we were just eating dinner, and all of the sudden my husband stopped and grabbed his throat, he said he heard a crack on his adam s apple, and has difficulty and pain when swallowing saliva. it has been 30 minutes, still unable to eat, swallowing saliva with difficulty and paid.. should I take him to the doctor? Thank you!

Thank for asking to HCM
Just check it out that your husband still having the swallowing difficulty, ask him to swallow the saliva first then give him little water and ask him to have sip of water if he feels very much difficulty in swallowing then he need to be taken to emergency but if can swallow without any difficulty then just forget it for today and have watch for next time this should not happened again, have nice day.
