Since Last Two Weeks I Was Feeling Feverish With Little

Since last two weeks I was feeling feverish with little head n eye pain..interesting thing is that whenever I checked my temperature it came normal...with this problem I consulted to my senior family doctor..at my first visit doctor advised some blood and urine test...fortunately all results came normal than at my second visit doctor said this problem are symptoms of anxiety and tension and prescribed me MELZAP MD .25mg with 500mg peracitamole tab and 1 tab for acidity. So my question is whether this melzap md .25mg is sleeping pill or is there side effect for taking it in my situation.
