Sinus Headache, Nausea And Fatigue. Pain In The Head. Sinus Infection?

For the last few days (4) I have had a sinus headache and sensitivity, felt sluggish and tired, and a little nausea. I just worked out today for the first time in 5 days and now have a rash on my forehead and my head hurts worse and I feel nausea.Unsure if I have a sinus infection? I am not sneezing or blowing my nose, but congested....

Thanks for asking the query,

Sinusitis is inflammation of the nasal passages and sinuses. It can be due to infections or allergies. I would suggest you to take necessaries investigations done, take x-rays to confirm the diagnosis.
You may also consider to get an allergy testing done.
Start with a course of antibiotics.
