Sinus Infection, Blocked Nose, Bloody, Thick Snot. Taken Antibiotics. Suggest?

I had a sinus infection that I took antibiotics for. The infection went away but one side of my nose was blocked and had bloody, thick snot. Today I pulled out a long string of flesh about an inch- inch and a half long, which appeared to be the lining of my nasal cavity? One end appeared bloody or vascularized, while the other was more skin like and had 3 little lumps that looked like a fat globule. Is this possible for my nose to shed the entire lining at once like that?

hello
nasal skin is attached to the underlying bone it doesnt come out so easily.
and if you scratch it and pull it out then it pains a lot.
what you pulled out could be nasal polyps arising from the sinuses .
to confirm this you must get an ENT consultation done and the doctor will have to examine you.
you must also get done a CT scan of nose and paranasal sinuses to see for the presence and involvement of the sinuses.then you will have to take antibiotics and nasal steroid sprays and decongestants and later on you may require nasal and sinus surgery.
