Sir I Have Scalpal Psoriasis Since Many Years. I Am

Sir I have scalpal psoriasis since many years. I am undergoing treatment under Dr Shivayogi ( Sai clinic, sahakara nagar). Since two months I am having a light patch on front scalp area. And small patches on forehead. I am bit anxious whether it is temporary or permanent. But there is no scaling from the patches. My doc tell me that it's not psoriasis. But to my knowledge psoriasis leads to light patches.
