Sir, I'm A Crohn's Patient For The Past 13 Years

Sir,
I'm a Crohn's patient for the past 13 years and use medicines regularly including steroids occasionally depending on its increase as per doctor's advice. Now the steroid has been stopped since the last october. Now, my problem is that due to breast pain I underwent ultrasound scanning and knew that there was fibroadenosis on my both breasts. I would like to know whether it is related to my disease or not , is it affected by my medicines?, ( medicines I take in are Rowasa, Azoran, Becelac PB etc. The steroid used was Budez CR), do these fibroids give way to cancer? and how is it cured?.
