Sir, My Father Is 64 Years Old And Having Astma,cough

Sir, My father is 64 years old and having Astma,cough problem and our MD doctor has given medicines and CIPLA inhalation respules + budecort 0.5mg which has to be taken 4 times) so i want to know sir that there will be no problem if he uses inhalation respules + budecort 0.5mg as in internet i searched and found that budecort 0.5mg is a steriod. One other thing i want to share is that they have told that 1 tablet which is to be taken one time in noon after lunch that to be taken with warm milk as my father is having cough problem should he take that medicine with warm milk and that will not increase cough problem.Pls guide.
