Sir i am sufering from anal fissuries since, one month i am suffering from pain and burning sensation, My doctor told me to use diltigesic cream, but i am feeling burning sensation after application of this cream. Another doctor told me to use Piloroot by Mankind crream, which one should i use.Three times sizz bath and Milk of Magnesia i am using for softening the stool. Is it ok or should i use any other medicine
