Should I Be Concerned About My Child Peeing More Frequently After Taking Oflamac M Syrup For Loose Motions?

Sir my daughter (age 5yrs and weight 18 kgs) developed loose motion yesterday and doctor prescribed Oflamac M syrup ( ofloxacin 50 mg & metronidazole 100mg) 7.5 ml twice a day with derolac respule twice daily. Her loose motion stopped but she is asking to go to washroom more than normal and pee a little there. What should I do.
