Sir,my Wife Is Being Given Levipil 500---one Tab In Morning

Sir,my wife is being given levipil 500---one tab in morning and one tab in night.This dose is reduced dose as previously she was advised this tab 3 times while she was treated for seizure s.Now she is undergoing loss of sleep, loss of appetite, headache, breathlessness, weakness. Is this indicates that dose of levipil needs to be reduced. If so, what should be next lower dose? Presently she is getting daily light massage as I have appointed a nurse for her care.Loss of sleep ,breathlessness and headache need immediate treatment
