Six Weeks Ago I Had Surgery For Urithral Diverticulum And

Six weeks ago I had surgery for urithral diverticulum and had a catheter in for two weeks. It's been four weeks since the catheter was removed and I was told not to have sex or put anything inside my vagina for six weeks. For the past three days the area where the stitches are hurt more, and then today I started spot bleeding and the stitches look like they are coming out and it hurts to move around. So my question is if it is normal to bleed and hurt this much?
