ok i have had surgery long ago (about a yr) and healing a skin graft on my stomach..a small patch about 4 inches long two wide remains...ri been putting adaptec over the area which resembles a rash ..and and a bandage daily..area is washed with ivory soap...and now it started to leak a watery yellowish liquid...from what looks like a pustule ( looks like a wart tho red...what could be happening?
Pus confirms that you have developed a bacterial infection.
Take a course of antibiotics.
Its better to choose antibiotic after culture and sensitivity test.
Apply an antibacterial cream like mupirocine.
Hot fomentation is also good,
It helps in accumulation of pus, which can be drained later.
