Skin Infection On Feet Post Childbirth. Tried Antibiotics, No Relief. Cure For Infection?

Good evening sir, Myself a young lady age 32 running and suffering from skin infection in the feet . The disease is starting from my delivery period still now, near about 6yrs running. Am visiting many Doctors, but can t cure. Lots of medicine were taken, but no improvements. please help me by giving me some instruction or some advice. Plz, help me. Hop that you will. With regards
