Skin Infection Spread On Thighs, Chest,stomach And Back. Ecoket Lotion, Griseofulvin Didn't Help. Permanent Solution ?

i m suffering from some skin disorder from past 2 years.. and i guess its ringworms, and i m afraid that it has become chronic.. currently my allopathic treatment is going on from last 6 days but there is no effective results as i had excepted, the medications i am going through is ecoket lotion(2tyms a day) and 250mg griseofulvin tablet(1time a day), i want to know how do i eliminate this disorder forever, the infection is spread on thigs, chest ,stomach and on my back... please suggest me some permanent solution so that i can lead a normal life.

Hello
I can understand your concern.
Ringworm infection is caused by a fungus called dermatophytes.
The infection can be recurrent uf not treated properly.
There are medications available now which have a much better efficacy than griseofulvin.
Its called terbinafine. The dose is 250 mg one tablet daily for 3 weeks. Also apply terbinafine cream twice a day over the affected areas twice a day for 3 weeks.

you stop milk and diary products for 3 months
tab doxitab 100 mgm bd for 3 week
tab forcan 150 mgm once a wk 3 MONTHS
no oily things and no oil on face
NO MUSTARD COCONUT WALNUT GROUNDNUT ALMONDS AND SOYA OIL
APPLY OLIVE AND COOK IN OLIVE
SOAP NIKO
SHAMPOO NIZRAL
NO OINTMENT CONTAINING MILK AND NUTS
CAN APPLY PETROLEUM JELLY
TAB ALLEGRA SOSFOR ICHING
AFTER 3 MONTHS SEE THE RESULTS YOURSELF YOU WILL BE OK

do for 3 -4 months
if you feel dry skin can add little of mometasone
