hi my name is tony and i need help for my sis.she is n detroit receiving hospital.her skin is shedding all over her body and she say it painful hurt to walk.she get blister it look like she got burned.but she didnot.she is n the burn unit and the drs here donot know what going on.n the hospital for a week.is there anybody n america that had is problem and can help the doctor here to help my sis my email is YYYY@YYYY

Hi i think she is suffering from erythroderma.it is condition which are several etiliologiies
The most common is previous history of psoriasis.routine investigations should be done along with serum electrolytes and serum proteins
The condition can be treated with atarax 25 mg at night.broad spectrum antibiotic twice daily.methtrexate 7.5 mg per week and application of liquid paraffin all over the body .fluid supplementation along with application of t bact ointment over the blisters
