Skin Is Thin. Slightest Bump Causes Blood Release Under Skin. Treatment?

My skin is thin and with the slightest bump, either on the back of my hands or arms, I have blood releasing underneath my skin. I try to massage it away, but the bloods spreads and I have an even larger blotch on my on my hands or arms. Is there anything I can do or take to cure this? My skin looks terrible and I am self conscious about it.

Hi,
Thin skin isn't necessarily a sign of a serious underlying medical condition but should be evaluated by a doctor to determine its cause.
Till you get it checked up things you can do are-
wear long sleeves shirts and long pants
keep skin moisturized
Also talk to your doctor about treating your skin with Vitamin A.

I hope this answered your question.
