hi doc, i have normal to dry skin, sun heat and stove heat affect my skin on hands,neck and face..too much itching,dry ness wrinkles, redness become over these aera...these starts in this sammer .. bt from few year i have white spots on my skin..plz tell me what is this and over the counter treatment...thanks

HI ALL THE CONDITIONS APPEARING IN SUMMER INDICATES IT IS DUE TO DEHYDRATION CAUSED BY PHOTOSENSITIVITY.USE OF REGULAR SUNSCREEN OVER THE FACE AND EXPOSED SPOTS IN THE MORNING AND APPLICATION OF MOISTERISER ALONG WITH FLUTIVATE OINTMENT OVER THE WHITE SPOTS AND USE OF ANTIOXIDANT CAN CURE THE CONDITION.ANYWAY RULE OUT THYROID DISORDERS
