Skin Tear On Wrist, Itchy Solid Skin Formation. Applied Itch Guard. Treatment?
hie doctor there is something happening on my left wrist he skin was torn out by a human nail then i plyed for a long time in rain went home washed it applied some medicine to it but now the wound is gone but there is a solid skin appearing which is very itchy ! what is it ? plz help .... i have been applying itch guard to it ! but the itching is increasing everyday

Please get a KOH mount done,
