Skin Turning Black And Itching. No Relief With Medication. Remedy?

my mom ,aged 53,is facing problem of skin...her skin is turning in2 black.....iching irritate her a lot............now she is using and takin these medicines.........trimelasin minor cream, vitamin e cream,cap. retinol forte 0000iu,e cap 200iu.tab.ceevit....but,nothing is happening.......she is under treatment over 1 year.......what shoul we do now?

Thanks Dear! I think this is a case of contact dermatitis resulting post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.Following test need to be done and stop all given medicines.
Serum TSH,RBS
Then I can give u appropriate medicine for your mother dear.OK?
