My skin was swollen below my right jaw, I was experiencing for past three months. I met doctor 1 month back, they given medicines and it slowly decreased. An white liquid is coming out of it and suppressed. that area becomes hard. After two weeks again it swollen and white liquid is coming out of it? What to do? why this happened?

Probably it looks like you have lymphadenitis with sinus formation. you should see your physician for ruling out Tubercular lymphadenitis.
