Sleepiness, Tiredness, Cramps In Abdomen. Ruled Out Tubal Litigation. Why? Pregnancy?
Very sleepy lately and tired especially after I eat...Feeling of very dull cramping in lower abdominal area though pregnancy is ruled out cause of tubal ligation 11yrs ago. The symptoms of cramping has been recent but the being tired and very sleepy has been going on for awhile especially after eating. No control over going to sleep. Im 42 yr old female in the fire service.
Pregnancy is almost impossible with tubal ligation. But, in some rare cases, women have been pregnant even after undergone tubal ligation, I would suggest this possibility, though very rare should be ruled out first. A clinical evaluation shall then be carried out to determine the exact origin of such symptoms. It s important to know if you have any past history of sexually transmitted infection or not, and about the regularity of your menstrual cycle.
I suggest you consult your gynecologist for a proper clinical review. A few blood tests and an ultrasound scan could be of great help.
Thanks and best regards as I wish you good health.
