Sleepless Night During Exam, Feels Shaky Head, High Heart Beat Rate, Not Able To Concentrate. Suggestion?

My brother is 18 years old and is going through his high school examination.During prepration for his chemistry exam he crammed a lot of stuff and did t sleep the night before the exam,the exam went okay but after that he is not able to concentrate on studies,has a shaky head feeling,his heartbeat is 100/min.We got his vision checked but its perfect with spectacles he is using presently.It has been 10 days sice the chemistry exam but the problem still persists.

This kind of situation arises frequently during exams as a result of anxiety..

Since his exams are going on I would not recommend any drug trial this time.

There are certain anxiolytic drugs which can help but as exams are going I would not suggest any here online because they may cause sedation.
Try some meditation and make sure he doesnt consume excessive coffee.
