Hi, Welcome and thanks for posting your query to HCM. As per your query you want to know the possibility of sexually transmitted diseases past two weeks of intercourse manifesting as unusual sensitivity at outre area of vagina. Now this is not at all a direct symptom of any sexually transmitted disease manifesting in above way of presentation. So what could be possibility then. It can be simply the irritation over hair area of the skin at vaginal opening. During sexual intercourse it is quite common to have friction over this area leading to slight discomfort. If you observe more of pain or find dome swelling or any wound kind of thing in near future then can meet dermatologist for best possibility of the problem. With good health wishes, Dr Sanjay Kumar Kanodia MD (Dermatology and Sexually transmitted diseases)
