Slightly Darkened And Dry Patches On Collarbone Area, Dry Looking. Cause And Solution?

I have 2 slightly darkened and dry patches on my collarbone area. They are about 1 inch and are slightly dry looking. They have been there for about a year. I also have a darker patch on the back of my neck that also appears to be dry. This patch has appeared sometime in the summer. I was wondering what the possible causes could be and what potential solutions exist.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears to be eczema or contact dermatitis probably due to some chain, which usually wont wear, and have used in summer.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
