Slightly Overweight. Have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. Urge To Vomit, Stomach Cramps. Vaginal Discharge. Suggestions?

Good afternoon, I'm a 24 year old hispanic female. I am slightly overweight but I am not obese it is a controlled weight. I work out normally, cycling is my main form of commute. I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. I wake up every morning with the urge to vomit with stomach cramps and very bad nausea and it normally subsides on its own it will come back every now and then momentarily especially after urinating, which I find myself urinating more often. I haven't had any odd vaginal discharge or any pain while urinating. I only have one partner and we have both been tested, so I don't believe its STD related. I have no insurance and have no idea whats going with my stomach. It's been going on since mid June.

Hi and welcome to HCM.
These are signs of polycystic ovarian syndrome and you should do some tests to see how severe it is such as ulzrasound or diagnoistic laparoscopy. also you should check your enzymes levels. PCOS can lead to cysts rupture and it may cause urinating problems and nausea/vomiting. There are other possible causes such as gastritis or gallbladder but it cant be verified without further tests. Till you do this you should change dietary habits. Also check your urine to rule out uroinfection.
Thanks for the query. Regards
