Slipped Off Stairs, Hit Edge Of Right Kidney, Getting Bad Spasms, Extremely Painful, Taking Ibuprofen. What To Do?
I slipped off the stairs and my lower left side hit the edge of the step. Right by my kidney. I can walk slowly and lay downon my right side and stomach. But I get bad spasms that are extremely painful. Taking ibuprofen and tylenol. And applying arnica.
Hello! You can use cold compresses to facilitate the pain . You should consult with your GP and do an ultrasound to see if there is any hematoma and the condition of the kidney , in the place who have hit . Take care of your self and do not be worried
