Small, Black Scabs On Penis Shaft, Occurred Post Oral Sex, No Pain Or Itchiness. Causes?

Hello In the last 2 weeks I have grown these small black Scabs that fall of and turn to small open circular lesions/craters, some have already cured but I grew a few more and they are spread over my penis shaft but not on my head. Theres no pain or itchyness and after the dark scab falls of the circle is white inside .I m very scared and want to know what it is. I haven t had unprotected sex however I did recieve oral for a few minutes about a month ago.

HIV AIDS Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

It is not related to the unprotected oral sex.
It may be a skin condition which can elsewhere on the body like psoriasis, Lichen planus etc. If you consult your dermatologist he/she will help you to fix the diagnosis and will treat the condition.
Nothing serious and not worry much.
Get well soon.
