Small Black Spot On The Head Of Penis, Hurts To Touch.What Is This ?

I have a small black spot on the head of my penis, it just showed up out of nowhere and is a little big raised, I thought it was a tiny scad and I picked it but it wast ad ut hurts to touch, I would say its th me size of a grain of sand, it won't go away and I have not had sex so it can't be a std, I'm almost sure it's not a freckle it is a dark black color and is raised a little

Spots on the penis can be Ulcers,Papules: are small (less than 1cm diameter) lumps, raised above the skin surface
This little spots do not usually have a serious cause, but some are infectious.
It might be due to
Molluscum contagiosum: a common, benign, infectious viral disease affecting the skin and mucous membranes.Hair follicles and sebaceous (sweat) glands involvement,Fordyce spots,Genital warts are caused by human papilloma virus (HPV)infectious.
Better get examined by your doctor and start treatment acordingly.
