Small Bump Kind Of Big Pimple, Too Deep To Pop, Turned Greyish And Darker. Treatment?

Ok, real quick, I hav a big pimple, this wasn't ordinary, it probably is but a bigger version. It was a small bump, like I tried to pick it, but there is no use, it was a deep pimple i guess, it was squishy, I tried to pop, but it was too deep. So I waited it out for about five days, then eventually it turned, black, well it turned grayish, it was darker than my skin. GOOD NEWS is it's flatter, but still bubbly(i could feel the squishy part it when i touch it). BAD NEWS is, it's BIG and DARK! it is right next to my eye!

Q: What is it?
Q: Treatment?
Q: Ways to get rid of the darkness/blackness?

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi i think it is nodular acne or sebaceous cyst.it presents as deep seated nodule over the face without any pain.it should be excised or can be treated by oral isotrenion 10 mg daily for 15 days.sometimes when they are popped the sebum mixed with blood and pus comes it.it can also be cauterised with a scar formation .then scar is treated by contractabex ointment
