Small Bumps On Cheek, Forehead. Allergic To Dogs. What Is Going On?

My 2 year old developed small bumps on his cheeks and forehead in the past week. We thought it may have been an allergic reaction to our dogs, although this has never happened before and we have had him avoid contact with them for several days with no change. The bumps are skin colored and get red when he is in the tub. Any ideas?

Thanks for the query posted .
From the history and description of the lesions , it looks like they are insect bites or papular urticaria or prurigo mitis.
You will need to make sure you apply mild cortaid cream which is available over the counter for the affected lesions .
If it does not improve you will need to show the Dermatologist . Please do book an appointment with the Dermatologist .
Thanks and Takecare
