Small Bumps On The Base Of Penis. Negative Results For Herpes, STD. Medicines To Be Used?

Hello Doctor,

I currently have found small little bumps on the base of my penis that appears to be "sebaceous cysts from the research I have done" I have gotten tested for STD's and had blood tests for herpes and it is negative. You cant really feel the bumps unless you really look for them but I do not like the appearance. There are about 2-3 small connected almost Ringed flesh colored little bumps, one of them is slightly raised but they only seem to be about 3 MM, Are there any creams or things I can do to get rid of these things!?

Anything helps :)

Hello,
From the way you expressed your complaints, it looks your research is correct.
It may be sebaceous glands - as you say small and near the surface of the skin, without hair follicles. They are also called as Fordyce spots.
Treatment: this is a common condition and no treatment is needed. They get subsided on its own.
Best wishes
