Small Bumps Spreading On The Face. What Are These?

I have small pimple like bumps on my face, it started on my neck , then moved to under my eyes, now it s everywhere. The best way I can describe what it looks like is milia. when i squeeze at them, a liquid comes out, but then they bleed underneath after, unless I squeeze it enough to get a soft seed like thing out but normally you have to pull it out once you squeeze. Once it is out it bleeds a good amount and they are everywhere so I need help ASAP!

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,
From the description you have given , it seems it could be a viral infection known as molluscum contagiosum. This infection is usually characterised by elevated pearly white or fleshy papules. Application of tretinoin or salicylic acid or potassium hydroxide helps. The best treatment is to get these removed either by curettage or electro cautery. As skin is a visual field, any possibility can only be confirmed after having a look at the lesion. For the same, I would encourage you to visit a dermatologist near by. Hope that answers your query. Take care.
