Small Cluster Of Blisters On Forearm, Sore To Touch, Raised. Using Derma Care Ointment. Infection Or Allergy?

hi on my left forearm i have a small cluster of blisters feel hard and sore to touch these bumps are raised,iwent to the chemist and was told i had an allergey and was given derma care ointment i have only used this for 24hrs and these blisters seem to be closeing together i think i may have an infection there as theres pinkness around them and itswarm to touch have you any ideas from my discription please

Hi thanks for writing here.Small clusters of blisters,warm to touch are suggestive of infection.It may be a bacterial infection or a viral infection known as herpes zoster.Stop applying derma care ointment since it may contain steroid which can worsen the condition.Consult a dermatologist as early as possible.You can take some analgesics and apply antibiotic ointment over the lesion.Take care.
