Small Cut And Lump Formed After Hitting Shin And Taking Time To Heal

Hello, 8 weeks ago I fell and all of my weight came down on my shin and my shin impacted a smooth metal bar. The impact made a small cut as well. I know it takes time to heal, but a large lump is still very prevalent and a part of the cut has not healed and it is very tender. The cut weeps clear drops minimally a couple times a week but it doesn't appear like a typical infection drainage and their isn't any swelling or redness on the surrounding skin. Should I be concerned or give it more time to heal? The er performed xrays and an examination the week of injury and said no breaks or infection noted. I am not diabetic. Thank you.

Hi,
As long time passed and wound is not healing, it seems that there might be having infection on the part.
Get cleaning of wound properly and dressed by your doctor.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
Ok and take care.
